The apartment was spacious and comfortable with two air-conditioned bedrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, and even a dishwasher. The living room had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The apartment had a quirky and unique layout, giving it a charming and atypical vibe. The apartment was conveniently located in the heart of Le Mans, making it easy to explore the city.

The apartment lacked a toaster, but that was just my personal preference.

The apartment was very centrally located near an Underground Car Park. Jimmy, the host, was always available and the apartment was spotless. It was suitable for our needs as a family with 2 small kids. There were many restaurants and bars nearby and the tram was conveniently located right outside the door.

The Duplex Apartment was absolutely fantastic, exceeding our expectations. It had a great location in the heart of the city, just a short walk from beautiful old town. The loft room was a hit with the kids, and the bathroom had a spacious shower. We also appreciated the availability of the AC system. this apartment was one of the highlights of our two-week trip.

One minor drawback was the absence of on-site parking, but the underground parking around the corner was sufficient and reasonably priced. Additionally, the staircase up to the apartment may be challenging for those with injuries or disabilities, although it was not an issue for us.

Everything was spot on.

I chose this apartment for its proximity to the Culture and Convention Centre of Le Mans, where I attended a business symposium. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-equipped, making it a comfortable stay during my work trip. Additionally, the central location and availability of parking options nearby were highly convenient.

One service that I missed for my work was on-site parking. While the underground parking around the corner was acceptable, it would have been more convenient to have parking directly at the apartment.

Value for money was excellent, with a spotless and well-equipped modern apartment. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff, especially Jimmy who was available on Whats App, were always helpful and responsive.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Very central location and near an Underground Car Park which was very reasonably priced. Amazing location, spotless, bright and clean. There are many Restaurants and Bars nearby and the Tram is right outside the door if you want to explore the area. The property was fantastic.
